Kai just answered this in another mail:

The plan is for Nama to traverse the routing graph
and compensate for the latency of loop devices
as well as LADSPA plugins.

A little time and enthusiasm is needed to do it; however,
I'm sure this "industrial strength" feature will draw hordes
of users to Nama's friendly gates. :-)
