for this type of processing, I recommend creating a new chainsetup for
each processed file. This is how ecaplay, ecaconvert, and others use the
ECI API with multiple files. Otherwise you easily get subtle bugs because
you fail to reset some state (e.g. audio object and/or chainsetup
position) between subsequent runs.
