What he said. But I'd first check if the 1010LT has
a word-clock input / output anywhere, and if so,
use that - that's what it's for.

Failing that, if it has optical I/O (I know the 1010
has S/PDIF but I don't know about the LT), you can
connect the optical out of one card to the optical in
of the other, and set the second card to use
S/PDIF input for its clock by using envy24control.
