You're probably using an older cygwin release that doesn't implement
nanosleep. I'm using the latest 1.3.20.

Anyway, this is still a bug. You can get around the problem by applying
the following to kvu_utils.cpp:
- int ret = usleep(second * 1000000 + nanoseconds / 1000);
+ ret = usleep(second * 1000000 + nanoseconds / 1000);
