I'd be suprised if libhoard boosted ecasound's performance. Nearly all
performance sensitive code is written to be rt-safe. And to be rt-safe,
(de)allocation of memory is out of the question. So libhoard would only
boost the non-realtime parts, where performance isn't really a problem.
