Is the rpm for libstc++-devel installed. Check with rpm -ql libstc++-devel
and look at where the headers are stored. On the rh7 distribution that header
file is located in /usr/include/g++-3/std/straits.h. I'm not sure about rh6.2
though as it uses an older version.
