This is fixed. I moved some effect code from audiofx.* to audiofx_misc.*,
including EFFECT_DCFIX class declarations.

"cvs -z3 -n update" is often useful. You get a list of changes and
modifications (normal 'update' output), but no changes are actually made
(-n assures this). Also, I use "cvs -z3 diff -ub" quite often to get a
diff between my working dir and the server tree.
