Subject: [ecasound] tremolo

I added a tremolo to the envelope modulation effects. The syntax is:
The depth should be greater than 0 and can go way above 100%.
I actually noticed that the following makes a pretty good metronome:
ecasound -i:null -o:/dev/dsp -el:sine_fcac,880,2 -eemt:120,2000
for a 120 bpm metronome.
100% depth means that the signal envelope will reach an instantaneous value
of 0 for its low point.
These mods are against this morning's cvs version. Audio_fx... has been
changed to add the new tremolo class. eca-static... has the line for the
tremolo effect added.
